Maxwell radio program expanding

KAHULUI – The longtime Maui radio program "Talk Story with Uncle Charlie" will be expanding and moving to a new time beginning Saturday, host Charles Kauluwehi Maxwell Sr. has announced.
With KNUI AM-900 assuming a new identity as an all-talk station, Maxwell said the station will switch to a FOX AM-900 talk format, while his show will move from Friday to Saturday mornings.
The Saturday "Talk Story with Uncle Charlie" will air from 6 to 10 a.m., providing more time for discussion of Hawaii and local issues, stories of Hawaiian history and legends and music of island entertainers.
